Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 calendar days of the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns

- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included where applicable
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup residue, or alteration caused by the customer
- The return request must be submitted and approved before sending the item back
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and inventory control reasons, the following may not be eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly shipped:
- Used, washed, or worn items
- Items returned without prior approval
- Final sale or clearance items where clearly marked
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or customer handling
- Customized or specially requested items, if applicable
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email support@localhublcc.top with the following information:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The email address used when placing the order
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please do not send back any item without receiving return approval and instructions from our customer support team first.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is requested due to personal preference, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. After review, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution depending on the situation.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or banking institution.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a materially incorrect shipment.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
